Business customers only

FrontX provides fulfilment, storage and stock buy-out services to businesses. Our services are not offered to consumers, and the consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to business-to-business agreements with us.

Pricing and quotes

All rates shown on this website are indicative, exclude VAT, and are provided for guidance only. They do not constitute a contractual offer.

Your binding rate is the one set out in the written quote we issue after reviewing your actual volumes, products, packaging and service requirements. Courier charges are passed through at cost and are subject to carrier surcharges, fuel adjustments and remote-area fees outside our control.

Clearance stock buy-outs

A valuation we give for excess or returned stock is an estimate based on the information you provide and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by us following inspection.

By selling stock to us you confirm that you own it outright or are authorised to sell it, that it is free of third-party charges, and that it may lawfully be resold in the UK. Stock we buy is sold offline through market channels; we do not agree to resale price or channel restrictions unless expressly stated in writing.

Goods we hold for you

Stock held at our sites remains your property. Title does not pass to us, and you remain responsible for insuring your goods unless we agree otherwise in writing. Storage and handling are carried out on the terms of our written services agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.

You must not send us goods that are prohibited, hazardous, restricted, counterfeit, or that require licences or temperature-controlled handling we have not agreed to.

Imports, duties and compliance

Where your stock is imported, customs clearance, import VAT and duties are cleared in your name as importer of record unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You remain responsible for product safety, labelling and any regulatory approvals applicable to your goods in the UK.
