Privacy notice.

How we handle the information you send us, written in plain English. Last updated 22 August 2026.

01

Who we are

FRONTX FULFILLMENT LTD (“FrontX”, “we”, “us”) is a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 16928295, with its registered office at 5 Norfolk Place, London, W2 1QN, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, FrontX is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us about any privacy matter at info@frontx.uk.

02

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry, quote or clearance form on this website we collect the details you choose to give us: company or brand name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), and the commercial information you provide about your products, order volumes and stock.

If you email or call us, we hold the contents of that correspondence. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, special category data or payment card details through this website.

03

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or stock valuation, and to carry out the fulfilment or buy-out services you ask us for. Where we are responding to a business enquiry, our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you initiated). Where we have entered into an agreement with you, our lawful basis is performance of a contract. Where we must retain records for tax, customs or accounting purposes, our lawful basis is legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

04

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function, which under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations do not require your consent.

05

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to deliver the service: carriers and couriers for dispatch, our IT and email providers, and our accountants or professional advisers. Where we use a supplier that processes data on our behalf, we require them to act only on our instructions and to keep the data secure.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for example to HMRC or a regulator.

06

Where it is held, and for how long

Your data is held on systems within the UK or the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a supplier processes data outside those areas, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer. Customer and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.

07

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@frontx.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
